Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Holgabun (the "App"). By installing and using the App, you agree to them.

1. What the App is

Holgabun is a record-keeping tool that helps people on GLP-1 treatment log and review their own injection schedule and sites, weight, and side effects.

Medical disclaimer: everything the App shows — schedule guidance, estimated medication activity, side-effect information — is general reference information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or prescription. Dose steps and missed-dose guidance summarise the approved prescribing information for each medicine in a given country, and the App tells you when a medicine is not approved where you are. Every decision about your treatment, including dose and timing, must be made with your doctor or pharmacist. The App does not replace professional medical judgement.

2. Subscription and payment

The App's main features are offered through a paid subscription (monthly or yearly). A 30-day free trial may be available the first time you subscribe.
Subscriptions are auto-renewing and billed to your Apple Account. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, it renews automatically.
Cancel any time on your iPhone under Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. Cancelling during the free trial means you are not charged.
Payment and refunds follow Apple's Media Services Terms and refund policy. Request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
You can keep reading records you have already saved without a subscription.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter.
Records are stored only on your device, so back them up yourself — for example by exporting a CSV — before changing devices, resetting, or deleting the App.
Do not use the App in ways that break the law or these terms.

4. Intellectual property

The App and its design, wording and logo belong to the developer. The records you enter belong to you.

5. Limitation of liability

The developer does not warrant that the App will always be available or error-free, and to the extent permitted by law is not liable for loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
In particular, the developer is not liable for the outcome of medical decisions or actions taken on the basis of information in the App, for missed doses caused by notifications not arriving, or for lost records where you did not keep a backup. This does not apply to loss caused by the developer's wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country, which apply regardless of the governing law below.

6. Changes to the service

The developer may improve or change the App's features, and will give reasonable advance notice if the service has to be discontinued. Even then, records already stored on your device remain as long as the App is installed.

7. Changes to these terms

Changes are posted on this page, and significant changes are also noted in the App's release notes. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the revised terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
